A seasoned marketing and communications professional, with more than 30 years of strategy and hands-on execution results. His experience spans some of the world's largest Fintech and capital markets names, including Nasdaq, NYSE, GE Financial and MF Global.

At Nasdaq and NYSE, Russ was responsible for all IPO marketing, acquiring unique skills and knowledge for pre-IPO firms. Some of his many highlights include leading IPO's for Spotify, AXA, Blue Buffalo, Snapchat and more.

He also led marketing and IPO exchange efforts at Brunswick Group and worked across various industries and sectors to drive brand, marketing, communications and PR campaigns.
